Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DP3 Technologies website at www.dp3tech.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

DP3 Technologies provides managed IT services, strategic technology advisory, and related consulting services primarily to law firms and professional services organizations. This Site provides information about our services and allows potential clients to contact us.

The DP3 Technologies name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DP3 Technologies. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
